Opening with an aloha blessing from a Hawaiian kahuna, the objective for my retreats is to introduce, demonstrate, experience, educate and reflect. My commitment is to inspire and empower you to nourish your body, mind and heart to abundance in all aspects of your life.
Each day begins with a morning practice of intention and concludes with gentle yoga, gratitude practice, and lucid dream meditation. Healthy meals are accompanied with demonstrations and discussion about bio-individual nutrition.
A workbook is provided for you to begin assessing each area of your life and envisioning how you want each area to ultimately look. Your personal vision board is created to share with others in your group and brainstorm about the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to accomplishing your dream life.
Women have special headwinds. You will receive private coaching on ways to finance your envisioned life and tailor your individualized plan. Self-time and enjoyment of Maui is encouraged.
